mu-online.by is a non-commercial community project for MU Online fans. By using the website or the game server, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Creating an account, logging in to the game server, visiting this website, or sending a donation means you have read and accepted these Terms of Service in full.
2. Nature of the Project
mu-online.by is a private, non-commercial community server based on the MU Online video game. The project is operated by enthusiasts on a best-effort basis. We are not affiliated with Webzen Inc. or any other rights holder. All game assets remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Account Rules
You may register a single account. Account credentials must not be shared with third parties. You are responsible for all activity on your account. The following are prohibited: use of bots, automation, third-party clients, exploiting bugs, real-money trading of in-game items or accounts, abusive chat, ban evasion, and impersonating staff.
4. Donations and Rewards
Donations are voluntary contributions that help cover server costs. In appreciation, donors receive in-game virtual rewards (WCoin C, WP Coin, etc.). Virtual rewards have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not refundable. All transactions are final. Payment processing is handled by third parties (Stripe, FreeKassa); their terms apply to the payment itself.
5. Server Availability
The server and website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or freedom from bugs. Resets, wipes, rollbacks, or shutdown of the project may occur at any time without prior notice.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, in particular for violation of these terms. Banned accounts forfeit any virtual rewards and donation benefits without refund.
7. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. The updated version becomes effective when published on this page. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
